Are the 2013 Ravens better than the Super Bowl Champs?!

Although the Ravens have lost many key players in the offseason, such as Ed Reed & Anquan Boldin, the question being asked is: are the 2013 Ravens better? With the additions of Elvis Dumerville and Michael Huff, and draftees, Matt Elam and Arthur Brown the Ravens posses the possibility of successfully defending their Super Bowl title. All I can say is if Flacco plays like he did in the playoffs, Torrey Smith steps up and becomes and offensive leader, and the Ravens defense remains consistent the Ravens dreams may just come true once again.
